Notice of Dublin Port Byelaws under Section 42(1) of the Harbours Act

Under Section 42(4) of the Harbours Act 1996, Dublin Port Company, a harbour company within the meaning of the Act, proposes to make byelaws under Section 42(1) of the Act to update the Dublin Port Dangerous Goods (Cargoes) Byelaws.

The purpose of the proposed byelaws is to regulate dangerous goods within the limits of the harbour of Dublin Port Company as defined in the Third Schedule of the Act, as provided for in Part I of the Sixth Schedule of the Act. A copy of the draft byelaws is open for public inspection at Dublin Port Company, Estuary House, Block P7, Eastpoint Business Park, Alfie Byrne Road, D03 Y6A2

between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday and is available on the website of Dublin Port Company at www.dublinport.ie/public-notices/

Submissions on or objections to the draft byelaws may be made to Dublin Port Company at the above address or by email to dg@dublinport.ie within a period of 21 days commencing on the day of the first publication of this notice.
