Nicola McCarthy (Chief People Officer)

Nicola McCarthy is Chief People Officer at Dublin Port, where she leads the organisation’s people strategy, talent development, culture, employee engagement, and organisational capability initiatives. Nicola brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership across a range of industries, including infrastructure, energy, media, recruitment, engineering, and environmental services. Prior to joining Dublin Port Company, she held senior HR leadership positions with Flogas Ireland, Mediahuis Ireland, Greyhound Recycling, Siemens and Mercury Engineering.

Nicola holds a BA (Hons) in Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
