Cormac Kennedy (Head of Commercial)

Cormac Kennedy is Head of Commercial and Programme Management Office (PMO) at Dublin Port. He joined the port in 2018 and previously held the role of Head of Property. Before joining Dublin Port, he held a variety of roles, including Head of Property and Franchise at Eason’s and Head of Retail Agency at CBRE. His remit covers all commercial and property matters, legislative issues, customer relations and capital delivery of major port projects.

Cormac is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a BSc in surveying from Trinity College and a Diploma in Planning and Environmental Law from King’s Inns.
