Claire Percy (Head of External Affairs)

Claire Percy is Head of External Affairs at Dublin Port and brings over 25 years’ experience across multiple countries and sectors, including real estate, education and professional services. Her team works to deepen understanding of the Port and its critical role in national logistics and the wider economy. Claire serves on the Port’s ESG Steering Committee and oversees its long-standing and wellregarded CSR programme. She is also Chair of the Sustainable Economy Subcommittee of the Dublin Bay Biosphere.

Claire holds a BA (Hons) Languages from the University of Limerick. She is a Certified Senior Professional Marketer and a member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland.
