In accordance with section 37E of the Planning and Development Act 2000 as amended by the Planning and Development (Strategic Infrastructure) Act 2006, Dublin Port Company has made an application for permission to An Bord Pleanala in relation to the development of additional Port Facilities with access to deepwater berths at the north eastern part of Dublin Port, off Alexandra Road, Dublin 1.
